Possible pre-eclampsia (again)??

I've just took a plate out in the kitchen and as I was about to sit down I could see "white dots" floating in front of my eyes.

I got preeclampsia around 35 weeks pregnant with my first son and had to be induced at 37 eeeks due to protein in urine, high blood pressure and on one or 2 occasions I saw these white dots, however they only lasted 10-15 seconds. My feet and hands also began to sweall around 35-36 weeks where as they were fine throughout the whole pregnancy.

I am 24 weeks pregnant now and have just seen these dots again. My wedding ring still fits although my engagement ring doesn't. I know this could be due to the heat. I had a trace of protein in my urine a couple of weeks back. I'm due to see midwife on Tuesday but just wondered if anybody thinks it's pointing towards PE again 😫

In my previous pregnancy it was mild preeclampsia but by the time I was 37 weeks it was severe and so dangerous I had about 4 doctors in the delivery room with me so I'm worried.

Thanks for any help or advice.

I had a pre-eclampsia fear yesterday and called the maternity assessment unit who advised me to go straight in and they tested it. Thankfully negative but they would always rather you came in - call straight away.
