Tell me about your baby shower please :)

I have my sister in law organising me a baby shower which I'm super excited about.

Currently it's looking to be when I am 30 weeks and is 15 of my close friends and family.

How did you fill the time / what did you do?

Hi. I had mine around 30 weeks as well. I had a lovely afternoon tea with an Alice in Wonderland theme. We played silly games like baby bingo, pin the dummy on the baby, the nappy game and measuring my bump. My friend did the most amazing job of making treats as prizes and she made me one of those birth cakes which definitely divides opinion, but I’m pretty laid back and thought it was hilarious. She also got printed labels and little plastic bags for cake treats. We opened some gifts and it was really just chilled and relaxed. I’d never had one or been to one before and friend organised everything I just told her the idea I liked of Alice in wonderland tea party and turned up. I’ve seen so many different ideas and stuff on the internet but I just wanted a nice get together and it was just great. X
