Early scan tomorrow and so scared

I booked a private 8 week scan for tomorrow as I couldn’t bare the thought of getting to 12 weeks and something was wrong.

I have had period like cramps all day but lower down which makes me think it might be my bowel as I’ve had an upset stomach today but I’m freaking out :(

I know that even if the scan is OK I’m not out the danger zone but means I’ll only have to wait another 4 weeks until the 12 week one
