Not sure if I should be worried or not?

Had 12 week scan this morning (I'm 13 wks) and the sonographer had to give baby a good jiggle around a few times with her ultrasound machine to get them to move so she could take measurements, and I did feel a bit tender afterwards. I've since then been having sharp shooting pains lower down, maybe cervix area?

Is this normal? I guess it could even be completely unrelated to the scan, and just coincidental timing but I've not had any twinges until today.

Sounds like your scan was very similar to mine! My baby did not want to be measured and kept moving around. They had to pole and prod quite hard, and I was very sore and tender for the next few days. Almost like I was bruised!

Call you midwife or go if you're worried, I had the same pains after and had friends (all with children)
tell me it could be a mix of both the scan and everything stretching. Hope this helps!
