Hi, I wondered if anyone had any experience of this. Yesterday afternoon I started getting a small amount of brown discharge when I wiped after going to the bathroom. At one point later in the evening it was very pale pink. This morning and throughout the day I’ve had more brown, mucus-like discharge when I wipe. I called my EPU who were helpful but I still feel a bit unsettled about it all. The midwife I spoke to said bleeding is normal in early pregnancy and I didn’t need to come in unless I started bleeding heavily or with clots. She said as I’m pretty early a scan would be pointless and I’d have to wait until I’m 7 weeks. I just feel so worried as I’ve seen on other discussions that this can be an early symptom of miscarriage. I am trying to remind myself that the midwife did say it was normal, I just can’t help but feel worried! Has anyone else had anything like this?
