Should I be excited??

So today I took 3 pregnancy tests and a clear blue one that's came up a fault! Anyway I'm convinced it's positive but my partner doesn't want to get his hopes up and is playing it off until I go to an appointment with the midwife on the 23rd of this month! Should I be excited or not get my hopes up???

Just the 3 ones above and a clear blue that had an error! But he's bought 2 other clear blues to take in the morning! I have endometriosis and I think he's convinced himself that good things don't happen 😂😂
