Overheating?

I know you're not meant to use saunas or hot tubs so you don't raise your internal temperature, but what about sleeping hot? A couple times this week I've woken under the duvet pouring sweat. I'll kick it off and gulp some water. I haven't got a fever, it's just bloody hot! Is this likely to be hurting the baby? I'm absolutely knackered so not sure quite how long I've been sleeping so hot Confused

No I don't think it'll do any harm, sweat is how you regulate your temperature. I think that's pretty normal when it's this warm and you're pregnant, just keep drinking, apparently it's going to be a long hot (and sweaty) summer.
