Hi all,

Have planned to go away for a long weekend in Europe and will be 32 weeks flight out and 33 the day we fly back.
My current travel insurance doesn’t cover any pregnancy related things over 32 weeks I was wondering if any of you have used someone that covers late pregnancy and baby if anything should happen and it’s born there.

Thanks.

Hi, I have just had this very conundrum! You need Ravenhall insurers. You will also need a fit to fly letter, try your midwife or failing that your GP.

I use AllClear for pre-existing condition and recommended it to another pregnant lady recently. I think she got cover at 34 weeks. All Clear.

Ravenhall is your best bet. However, do check that you can get a fit to fly letter, lots of midwives and doctors have stopped issuing them.
