We are 32 weeks pregnant and very excited. We have been on local authority housing list for a long time. I have complex mental health needs and it’s taken 6 months to get a CPN and consultant with perinatal team too.
Here’s the problem we have been offered a house in a different area which is not covered by this health team and I’d have to start again which I find daunting. Does anyone have a similar experience and would I get a smooth transition were we to go for this house. Obviously I’ll have my green notes and a care plan is due to be added any day for the birth and for the 3 days after as I’m being kept in for help and observations. Any advice greatly appreciated x we would be moving with 4 weeks to go. Hubby will take care of all that.
