I am a mum of 2 - 3year old (horrible birth) and an 18month old daughter (hypnobirthing baby!)
I found Hypnobirthing to be the most amazing empowering thing i have ever done. I would give birth all day - it is the most fantastic thing you will ever do. Everyone thinks i mad - i'm not i'm just passionate now about birth and that it can be a fantastically beautiful occasion.
I have been converted (incase you couldn't tell!) I have now trained as a practitioner after seeing my friend give birth to 3 children using these techniques too. (a 3 year old and 18 month old twins- naturally with no pain relief - she wasnt in pain!)
