Baby engaged- how long did it take until you have birth?

Just that really- midwife today said head was fully engaged so just wondered how long after this did people go into labour? Tia

6 weeks for me!

To be honest the head engaging doesn't really mean labour is coming any time soon, unfortunately! Some babies don't engage until labour.

Fingers crossed our baby doesn't keep you waiting too long!

About 6 weeks!

6 weeks and then induction!
