Anyone got any tips on how to manage hayfever. I am really struggling today with the running nose and constant sneezing.

No tips I’m afraid. Just sympathy.
I’m battling through too.
I’m not willing to take anything so it’s my own fault but I’ve gotten used to it. X

Prevalin, it's a nasal spay, you can get it from the pharmacy, says it's safe for pregnant woman on the box. It seems to help. My gp was not very helpful.

I haven't been able to get an appointment with my GP. I have managed to battle through until now but its getting too much and too warm to keep myself indoors. The strange thing is when I am at work I feel perfectly fine

The NHS website says loratadine is ok in pregnancy. It advises you make an appointment with your GP but doesn't say you must. I've been buying it from Boots - hayfever has been really bad this year and it's made me feel much better. The reason they won't straight up say certain hayfever meds are fine is because barely any medicines have enough data to confirm they are 100% ok in pregnancy. Up to you, but I wouldn't bother with the faff of a GP appointment.
