Lump in Breast..

So im 27 weeks pregnant and I have a lump in my breast that I’ve had for a long time, when I first went to the hospital over a year or so ago they said it was dense tissue.
When I went back a second time (whilst pregnant) the doctor said it’s swollen glands and it will go away when I have my baby.
However since then it’s got bigger and it’s hot?! It’s painful if I lay on it accidentally, or Put any pressure on it but not all the time.
I don’t want to keep going to my gp as I feel like they think I’m being silly or I’m eating their time but I’m so anxious about what it actually is?

Do you think I should go back to my gp or am I being paranoid?

Go back to gp. I went about mine 4 times till they listened and sent me for an ultrasound at around 7 weeks pregnant. I've also been back about it another 2 times as i got more but because the others are the same in each breast they are not concerned. Was told by the last doctor i saw ( a different one) that if i ever needed to go back about it to go back and see him and to not ever feel like I'm been silly x

Go back because if it’s hot and painful there could be an underlying infection. Pregnancy causes significant changes in breast tissue and breasts can be generally painful but best to get it checked.
