Randomly red boobs?

Hi! I just wondered whether people could advise me please. I've noticed today that from a certain point on my boobs they're just red all the way to the nipple. Are these just stretch marks or something else? Photo included.

Is this a new thing? Any changes should be seen by a doctor. Is there any pain?

I have only just noticed it today and I'm gonna go the doctors tomorrow but there isn't any pain whatsoever no x
