I'm 27 weeks pg with twins and this last week or so have started to feel sick as a dog. Like morning sickness again, anyone else had this?

Thanks

I had it iwth dd from about 28 wks.
Very nauseous all the time but sick an awful lot to with no warning. Was sick all over myself in the car one day and had to drive all the way home wretching at the smell
It lasted until virtually last couple of weeks. Guess as it twins it could be worse earlier ?

yes I had that - around 30 weeks suddenly started vomiting again - yay.
Try eating small portions and often. I found if I ate half a banana (or a few bites) during the night when I got up for a wee, then the sickness was not so bad as morning sickness. I think the sickness is caused by low blood sugar as the baby (or babies!) are active during the night and using your supply!
Also a good excuse to rest more....

I was sick all through my first two, and I found that a change in routine made me worse. Have you recently given up work, or are you getting up earlie/later than normal. I agree with pedalmonster about eating small and regularly and the low blood sugar as well, I literally stuffed myself regularly for the last two and haven't been v sick at all. I found that glucose tablet sweets are good if you need an instant boost. Good luck to you as its horrible.
