I'm at the end of my tether! Have had a very bad blocked nose for 2 days now and I just can't sleep! The heat definitely isn't helping! I started using sterimar but it's no longer working Sad does anyone have any other ideas to help? My go to used to be sinex but obviously can't use it lol! Thanks x

The only thing that works for me is Beconase Nasal spray.

You need to take it daily throughout summer even before hay fever kicks in but it works well for me.

Fexofenadene is a fairly high strength anti-histamine tablet available on prescription only, with you being pg I'd take advice anyway from the pharmacy or gp before buying or taking anything.

@Failingat40 thank you!! I'll try and get some beconase spray tomorrow, a friend also suggested thisSmile

Rinse your nose with a sea salt water spray, to clean it. Check with pharmacist that you can take beconase whilst pregnant

@CurlyWurlyTwirly the Sterimar is a natural salt saline spray safe for pregnancy but it's a bit rubbish at night times lol

Prevalin is safe in pregnancy too and seems to help. Beconaise aggravated my reflux but I was told that's unusual.

@Havetothink Thank you!Smile
