Why is it a clear boy?

That’s a boy nub. Penis and testicals, or the making of.

Have you looked in ingender? If you post it on there they are excellent at confirming or denying, and you can see lots of other boy and girl scans for comparison. That’s a clear boy scan. My previous boy scan was identical.
My current scan isn’t clear at all, there’s little legs in the way!

If you google boy nub you’ll see what I mean. I screen shot one for you but the one I found is VERY clear, so a bit of an over kill but you get the idea

Because it's a straight line it looks more like a girl nub to me

To be honest both boys and girls genitals look like the makings of a penis and testicles at this stage. It's just that for girls, obviously it all shrinks back to form the vagina and with boys it forms the penis and testicles.

The nub theory usually works on the basis of the angle of the nub line relative to the spine. A straight or downward line is usually a girl and a more angled up line is usually a boy.

Definitely another vote for ingender though, they really know their stuff! They predicted my boy at 13 weeks!

I’d say boy too. Only because of the stacking. My cousin had exactly the same where there was a straight flat line but a clear small one on top and it was a boy x
