Positive hpt in morning negative in afternoon

Hey all I had a positive hpt this morning very strong and now negative this afternoon has any one else had this my periods are all over the place so I’m barely late

Hormone levels are higher in the morning which is why they recommend testing first thing. So you probably are pregnant if the positive came up in the recommended time (I think it's usually 10 minutes). False positives are less common than false negatives.
