First signs of pregnancy?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me when they first realised they might be pg, was it before you missed your period?, or perhaps looking back in hindsight were the signs there, but just wern't spotted at the time?
I'm just being very impatient!

My signs were always very sore boobs! And I was right 3 times. Good Luck!!

I had a very strong inkling all three times that I was.. and was right all three times..

were all these symptoms pretty early on or was it 5 - 6 weeks in before they manifested into something noticeable?

with my first started to feel a bit sick about wk before period due but nothing else with my second i knew i was pg from when we conceived as felt pg as with the first and the sickness started straight away, boobs hurt (was still bf) when touched, felt tired and bloated. I was 99% that i was pg and so tested four days early with an early pg test and got a positive.

I had sore boobs from about 3 weeks. I knew I was pregnant before I was even due!

I didn't have any traditional symptoms like sore boobs or anything like that, I just felt mega-emotional. I was quite shocked at myself. All I wanted to do for a few days was go home and go to bed. I started to get really worried but then got BFP and realised...

Mine was changes in breasts and wanting to wee all the time - that was the week my period was due, then sickness followed week after. Same as Princess, in pg number 2, I knew before I was due.

I needed to wee a lot, and had kind of itchy nipples, before i had a positive test. Also went off alcohol, although i kept trying to drink as I kept getting negative tests...

I tested early for this pg as I'd had a bout of hideous indigestion just like when I was pg with Dd.

Just wanted to say I love your name. My favourite character in The Night Garden I knew before I was due each time - just felt different. Hard to explain really but could feel changes going on down below and upstairs

Oh yes I do remember just not feeling "myself" (not in the touching myself kind of way, I hasten to add, but in the feeling a bit strange kind of way). Just a bit out of sorts, without anything specific.

this time dry mouth at about 1 w before period due

Oh I used to drink green tea in the mornings and it made me gag once i was pregnant.

with DS i remember sitting in the living room going to DP- 'my nipples feel weird' and poking them incesantly.

This time round, i just knew, can't explain why!

I have a ds, one, last week, with him I was so busy I didn't realise I was pregnant until I was about 8 weeks...which sounds ridiculous now, but I just didn't want to miss it this time, so kinda hoping. I am going to the loo a lot more, boobs tender, but tend to be anyway when period due.....I think i'm just wishing too much.....will have to wait and see! Fingers crossed!
My ds loves In The Night Garden, I don't let him watch tv much as he's a bit young, but he gets V. excited when it came on and giggled......it's not on tv at min, which is a shame......or well at least I think it isn't !?

Metallic taste in my mouth and sore boobs with both pregnancies. With the first one the constant puking was also a bit of a giveaway!

Everything started to smell funny. And continued to smell funny for about six months. If my neighbour had a mouldy cornflake at the back of her larder, I could smell it.

I get sore boobs just about every month, so that wasn't much different. The big thing for me, the sign that I had before the test but didn't recognise at the time, was that I got winded really easily when working out -- heartbeat went up, etc. I thought I was just tired, but it lasted for another 2 months!

Night garden not on at the moment. Don't know why Ds (nearly 3)keeps asking when it's coming on.
