I am on the 3-month pack of birth control that I have been taking for two years now. Usually I have some spotting, but it has been happening for one week now. I never miss my pill, but I could be pregnant if it didn’t work. I have had breast tenderness, mood swings, and mild nausea. Not sure if this is something I should go to the doctor for, or if I could wait for it to stop.

Taking a pregnancy test is the only way to be sure. Sometimes your periods can change while on the pill though, they’re not always exactly the same every month.

Hope this helps :)
