no idea about 'good quality' ones but Argos have them for a fiver...

I bought mine from there, I am only 24 weeks with 1st, so don't know what it would be like in birth, but it's great to sit on whilst watching Coronation street!

I just got the 65cm Tesco one - about 4.67 I think. Works just fine

And good for putting your feet up on when watching the TV....I got the birthease one too. It's about £14 on their Ebay shop. But if I'd known I could get one for a fiver I would have!
