Tests positive after first 10 mins

Hello.

Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for 6 months. AF is a day late so thought I'd take a test. It was initially negative but appeared positive after about 15mins. Did another 2, same thing. Positive line appeared between 10-20 mins. They are Internet cheapies and I've never had a second line, no matter how long it was left.

Anyone had similar experiences?

Tests usually have to be read within a few minutes. After their expiry time (which should be on packaging) they should be discarded.

I gave up with IC's when ttc, I had a few evap lines.

I had that when I was a day late. Waited a week and got a BFP before I even finished POAS. Sometimes the hormone takes a while to increase. Fingers crossed for you.

Thank you all. Just took a first response and it was positive within 30 seconds. Suppose next step is to confirm with the doctors.

@caroline1991 doctors unlikely to confirm. They just use the same tests You need to call drs and book in with the midwife. Congratulations!
