Worsening headaches at 38 weeks

Have had a throbbing, whole-head headache on and off for the past week. GP has checked my blood pressure, urine and eyes and said no problems, I’m just getting headaches?
Went to bed last night with what felt more like an ice pick headache- as in, it was centred on a point to the right of my head rather than just a dull ache. Woke up this morning and it feels like I’ve had a migraine, it’s the worst it’s been and it’s centred on the same point.
Just wondering if it’s worth ringing 111 or midwife as they’re obviously getting worse? Baby is still moving but am slightly worried as the last time I had a migraine during pregnancy it was around the time I would have lost previous baby to an MMC.

Ring the midwife/local maternity unit.

I’d phone the midwife just to be sure.
