Miscarriage??

I went to EPU yesterday as light bleeding at 5+6 they couldn't see anything just thickening of uterus and a few dots that could or couldn't be a sac.... I'm back tomorrow for bloods to see if they've risen but I've just been experiencing more like a period bleed for the past few hours with mild cramping. Anyone experience this?? I'm not filling a pad it is only when I go to the toilet but when I do it is filling the toilet up nearly.

Very difficult but it does sound like a miscarriage. I had one in April. It sucks

Thanks everyone the doctor did find that I had cervical ectropion which she said could be causing the bleeding. I just can't imagine it causing period like bleeding ☹️
