I'm 6w5d with our rainbow baby. First pregnancy was a missed miscarriage which we found out at a private scan at 9 weeks. This pregnancy was such a shock as I didn't expect to fall pregnant so soon but none the less excited! On Thursday I noticed my cm was scanty like before I get my period so I happened to check and I had brown ewcm with speckles of blood so I called my doctor and they said if it got heavier to get myself to a&e. So within 4 hours I developed a bad pain in my left side and bleeding got heavier so I took my to a&e and was told it was a suspected out of womb pregnancy so I was booked in next day to epu after they checked me internally and my cervix was closed and neck of womb was clear. While waiting for my scan I went to the toilet and I had bright red blood so I knew I was starting to miscarry. I went into the room and to my surprise she turned the screen and showed us baby in the womb and the flicker of the heart beat which was amazing but when she took the probe out it was covered in blood! She didn't seem alarmed and this morning I've woke up with a sore back and period type bleeding again. Has anyone had this and had a successful pregnancy?
