Do you mean surgical versus medical options? Have you spoken to a doctor or anyone yet?
It's difficult for anyone here to advise on the safest way as it will depend on how far along you are, your personal medical history etc. But if you get yourself referred by your GP then the nurses/doctors will go through everything with you and advise of the best options.

You can talk to your GP for support and they can give you pregnancy services contact details. Lots of clinics are actually self-referral now, even for NHS services so you can also look online for your local clinic details. They will support you, talk through your options and work out how far along you are - options all vary depending on how far along the pregnancy is.
