Uti not going away

Weeks ago I was referred to the early pregnancy unit due to cramps and had two separate scans where everything was normal. Since then the cramps have got worse ( like period pains) and started getting dull cramps in my back above my hips. I went to out of hours doctors who diagnosed a uti and gave me antibiotics. Days later it didn't get better and the urine test showed I needed different antibiotics. I started them yesterday. The pain is worse in my back and I'm worried I have a kidney infection even though I don't have fever or chills etc just a slight temperature. Should i give the antibiotics longer or do you think I should contact 111 again? Anyone had a similar experience?
