Weird symptoms at 12 weeks- pregnancy related or not?

I'm 12 weeks and the nausea is starting to subside a little, thank god. However for the past 2-3 weeks I've had bouts of feeling really ill but I'm a different way. It's very hard to explain but it's almost like I've got the flu. I feel like I've got the shakes and shivers and I have that gross post-fever feeling of a desperate need to shower because I've been clammy, except I haven't been. I can't concentrate, my head feels fuzzy and although I'm very tired it feels different to the other first trimester exhaustion. It's such a weird horrible feeling that I just want to be asleep all the time to avoid it.

It's not something I've ever felt before so I can't really explain it! I've been told recently I've probably got a grumbling appendix so not sure if it could be related? My temp is fine. Anyone else felt like this in pregnancy?

Could be low blood pressure or sugar related or something, you should probably get it checked out.

Or low iron. I was low iron up until about 15 weeks when my midwife recommended floridex. I was pretty much a new woman overnight. I had been dizzy, phases of feeling nausceous and clammy, it was horrible.
