Normal pains?

I'm 35 weeks and I've been having loads of pains just today. It's most constant around my lower back and lower tummy and feels like period pain but it's mostly concentrated on one side. I've taken paracetamol but not really helped.

This morning the pains intensified for a couple of minutes then died down to an ache. That happened a couple of times but then stopped after an hour. It's just been aching for the last 3 hours.

I have had no signs of labour like waters breaking or a show.

I've called the midwife unit loads this pregnancy so I don't want to call them again if it's just normal pregnancy pains.

Does this sound like normal pregnancy aches and pains?

If Baby is moving ok and you are otherwise ok then I would just keep an eye on it and see how you feel. It could be the head starting to push down and engage into the pelvis, which is normal. Can you rest at all this afternoon?
Obviously if you are worried then give the hospital a call, it doesn't matter how many other times you have called they will always be there to advise you.

Yeah baby is moving. Last few days it's really
Ramped up the movements and been painful. It's not as move-y today but still moving: like it's gone back to its movements as it was a few days ago if that makes sense.
