5weeks gone..more bloated than a hot air balloon

Hi, just a quick question...is this normal?
It’s my second pregnancy, 13yrs apart so cannot remember the first time lol...

Hi! I'm 5 weeks gone too and it's been 7 years since my last baby! I'm also feeling hot and bloated and just pretty gross lol, I've had constant dull ache in my stomach and back and I'm exhausted! I can't say much to help but you're not alone!! ❤️

Yes it's normal as your digestion has slowed down. Make sure you eat plenty of fibre so you stay regular and you don't strain.

Glad I seen this post Im 6wks and look about 4/5 months, its my 2nd baby and ive a 12 year age gap hopefully it settles soon or im gna have to b breaking the baby news sooner than expected lol

I’m so pleased to hear I’m not the only “crazy chick” (to quote my dear friends) on here with an age gap...

8+2 here, been crazy bloated for past 3 weeks, so uncomfortable. I resorted to buying a couple pair of "jeggings" as my jeans dig in so bad. Matalan btw, great price and great quality

Yes I’d say from 5 weeks to about 16 weeks my “bump” was exactly the same size due to bloating. People at work asked me so early if I was pregnant.

Yep totally normal! I'm 13 weeks and have the bloated bump look since about 6 weeks. I was in maternity jeans by 9 weeks!

I found the bloating worse than the sickness

Yes I had this! It was so bad I couldn't fit in my jeans from 5 weeks and looked several months pregnant. I'm now 12 weeks and the bloating has gone down a lot so my stomach is now flatter than it was at 5 weeks!

By the time baby is here my age gap will be nearly exactly 15 years.

I feel like a whale, currently 9+4

I am rock solid around my womb area. Which is deffiantly due to baby. But above that is the biggest bloated belly!!

Wake up in morning with a flat stomach. By bed time look like ive swollowed a football 😂😂😂

Now I’m just bloated (so uncomfortable) and farting hahaha...
Hopefully they’re signs things are moving along nicely.... x
