Just a rant, get called in this morning for an induction even though it was booked for Sunday. Had a scan yesterday and after a consultant looked at everything they called me. Rushed around like a mad woman, stressed myself out to no end....

To be sent home after being left in a room for an hour because they are to busy.

Please come naturally tonight baby lol

Arrgghh that's so infuriating! I feel for you OP!

It's so disappointing when you get yourself psyched up for it isn't it, I had a failed induction and on the 3rd day they listed me for a section, was nil by mouth for theatre for 20 hours and they kept me waiting gowned up from 8am until 7pm when they cancelled as they had too many emergencies (obv I didn't mind as those ladies needed theirs out quicker) huge good luck!

@Lauren83 that is awful!!! I am praying he decides to come on his own tonight! Another day of being sent home I might just really lose my shhhhht xx

Inductions can be soooo stressful... I was in hospital “waiting” for a bed on labour ward for 6 days following 2 12 hour pessarys. The only reason I actually got into the ward was because my DD heart rate became elevated... funnily enough it was back to normal once we were on labour ward! It can be really hard just waiting to be “next” but never actually being next. Wish you all the luck with a natural and speedy delivery x

How are you getting on OP?

AJlove · 27/06/2018 13:20

I had a healthy baby boy on Thursday morning at 4:18am weighing 8pound 1 oz! They finally induced me the next day at 2, contractions started at 10 and waters broke naturally at 12. Had no pain Relief (screamed for an epidural but was to late haha) I was sooo lucky to have such a quick labour! And he's just amazing I can't stop staring at him!!
Thank you for asking xx
