I'm 24 weeks pregnant and finding normal milk makes me feel sick, iv heard soya milk isn't very nice so don't want to try it. Anyone have any suggestions of an alternative that is actually nice just for use in tea and cereal

I can't stand milk but love almond milk. It's much nicer and tastes really nice in tea.

Oat milk! Oatly brand is the nicest. Soy always comes across as too 'thick' whereas rice/almond are too 'thin'

Best thing to do is to try all the plant based "milks" in your local supermarket to see which one you prefer.

I'm lactose intolerant and find unsweetened soya and unsweetened almond "milks" fine. However I find coconut "milk" unpleasant but both oat and rice "milks" very watery. Also be aware different brands including supermarket own brands taste different so some brands of a type of "milk" taste awful while others are fine.

Just be aware that you may find them odd in tea and coffee as if you don't put them in properly they curd. I don't drink normal black tea and drink coffee black so I avoid that problem.

I like rice milk best, it's quite thin like skimmed milk but doesn't have a strong taste like soya milk

Oat milk is the closest to cows milk that I've found, the chocolate one is nice and they do cream as well x
