Pain in lower abdomen 18 weeks - freaking out

I am 18 weeks pregnant and I woke up in the middle of last night with a sort of period-like pain, quite dull and mild, but constant. It was still there this morning, but has now changed to a kind of coming and going pain, slightly sharp at times and dull other times, like its moving. Its just below my bellybutton where the baby is. Not going to lie, slightly freaking. All google talks about is sharp round ligament pain. I cant find any other information that seems the same as what i am experiencing. Am I just freaking at strange stretching muscle pain, or should I be getting in the car to A&E? Anyone have any similar experiences, good or bad?

I had this and some shooting pains right up the centre of my tummy I got told it was ligament pain aswell I called the doctor and was sent for monitoring everything was fine x

Yes everything was fine. She is now a bouncing 5 year old!
