Sharp pain high in vagina?

Had some funny quick, sharp pains high in my vagina today, maybe where the cervix is? No cramping or bleeding and went away on their own. Could this be my baby moving? Or something more worrying? I'm 15 weeks.

Could be baby giving you a little jab om a nerve or something. I used to get flashes of needing a wee when a youngster jabbed me in bladder. As they get stronger it last longer or is more instense 😂

‘Fanny daggers’ as they are also known. Highly uncomfortable, but pretty common.
