Period late, pregnancy test negative

On the 25th of May 2018 I used a Early First response test and it came as postive, missed my period on the 31st of May. Have been soo tired, eating a lot, breast tenderness and also my stomach is tight so I went into the GP and there pregnancy test came out negative. I showed my home pregnancy test to the GP and even she was shocked.
Surly something is wrong Im 3 week late for my period. Anyone else been through the same thing ?
Im planning to call my GP up tommrow for a blood test.

When me and my partner with TTC my period was late for about 6 weeks, and before it was late it was all over the place, sometimes it would be 20 days before my next period, sometimes 40 days. I did so many pregnancy tests and they all came back negative. It turned out for me, a year ago I had been on the contraceptive injection and come off it. My crazy periods must have been the injection finally wearing off after a year because about a month after the crazy periods I did a pregnancy test and it came back positive. Could any change in contraception be the cause of your delayed period?

I have never taken any sort of contraception, on the 25th of May, the home test I did was postive I have a picture but not sure how to upload it when I went in on the 16th of June to the GP there test came out as negative.

I have an appoitment today at the GP lets see what she says and take it from there, I feel like I am pregnant. I have been vomitting, dizzy, weird dreams and extremillyyyy tired.

I honestly think the doctors ones are crap! I went back 3 times convinced I was pregnant and they kept saying I wasn't. 2 years later and his name is Bobby and wants to make sure everyone knows he is here! Congrats if you are x

Trust me they are crap, Im sooo confused. I was reading and it was saying that my HCG levels can be low thats why it came up as negative on there one, as I used the early response test. I have a lot of kidney infections so went in for a scan they scanned everything and the sonographer was like go to EPU they need to take you bloods as your uterus isnt clear she arrowed it when I went to the EPU the nurse said we cant do a HCG test and dismissed me.
So lets see what the GP says today I have to insist otherwise Il go mad reading and thinkinh about it.
