Early pregnancy cramps!😟

So after having my 17month old boy and then 2 miscarriages im now 10+5 but since last couple days ive been having really bad low belly cramps never had with son so very worried something going wrong again💔😟 anyone had this and been ok

I am 13 weeks and have had mild cramps all the way through, midwife advised paracetamol. If I had severe cramps I would probably call out of hours. Could it be ligament pain?
