Had short 2 day period Monday to Tuesday last week had unprotected sex on Friday and Saturday could I be pregnant or is it to near my period
Need some advice can anyone help

I think you need to read up on fertility and conception to get the basics of it, and also the TTC board is probably more suited to your questions..

@NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking that is a really unhelpful message...lots of people post on mumsnet because they are desperate for help or support...your post offered neither..be kind!!

@Redfraggle123 you ovulate approx. 14 days after the day of your first period and you are fertile a few days before and after that. As you had sex just a few days after your period it is unlikely you conceived BUT every woman's body is different and your ovulation day could be different from the norm. Pregnancy is unlikely so don't stress and take a test if your next period is late...good luck!!

I don’t see how? There is s board where people will know more and be in the same situation as the OP, and also it would be very beneficial to understand the basics before asking the internet for advice.

Also... my response was also considering the OP’s previous thread, where these questions were already answered.

Opinions can differ, so I think the OP would be better armed with facts.

Got a blood test on Wednesday due to the positive pregnant test I got on Friday due to having sex 2 weeks ago as the second test I did said not pregnant

Hi,
I am 10 days past my expected period, 8 days ago I had faint positives with cheap pregnancy tests, 7 days ago clear blue came back pregnant 1-2 weeks and 2 first responds were clearly positive I went to the doctors 5 days ago and negative, tested later that day with clear blue and again pregnant 1-2 weeks. Today I did a cheap test and positive line is still really faint, I have had no bleeding at all and slight cramps. Extremely sore breasts. Am I pregnant???

Try and get a blood test I rang maternity unit to ask for some advice and she said the clear blue ones are over sensitive so told me to get a blood test done
