I wa sup the hospital Friday night for reduced movements and now again tonight for the same thing and this will be my 4th episode since 25 weeks😔 It's really starting to get me down and my mum is making me out to be exaggerating and blaming it on my anxiety ! Currently sitting in the maternity triage waiting for midwife ... I'm scared they may suggest being induced? That is not what I want at all has anyone been in similar situation?

I am 35 weeks now and for past 2 I found baby moving less. My midwife suggested if movements are in fact less or rather different pattern or type..made me think she is right. When baby begins to move down it can change the way they move and act on comparison to 20+ weeks when they do breakdance and karate shows in there..but you know best Your baby. All the best!

Not similar but resulted in early delivery: I was admitted to hospital at 29+1 (pre-eclampsia) and there I stayed until DD was whisked out at 35+1 On a good day I looked well but on a bad day I looked and felt dreadful. I was in and out of labour and delivery constantly. It was frightening. But DD was- although teeny tiny- fine. You're not being paranoid. You're in the right place. And if they do induce you, you're late pre-term and in app likelihood, all will be well. Hand holding though as it's scary and lonely being in hospital.

I have had 7 episodes of reduced movements since week 26- even though the scans have come back fine and so have ctg they are going to induce me (my choice) once I am past Thursday (38 weeks) I am happy to be induced as would rather her here safe and sound!
