Dilute urine, misscarige or ectopic

So I've been feeling pain in my lower abdomen and numbness in my left arm so I went to urgent care.
My pregnancy test came up negative. Im 5 weeks pregnant.
He doesn't know why it could be it's either dilute urine in which case I still am pregnant and it could be ectopic or I've had a early miscarriage!
I've got whirlwind of emotions right now and my OH is out drinking with the lads. How can he act like everything's fine.
I feel so deflated.

Even with dilute urine, at five weeks you should be seeing a positive :( Can you call your EPU and see if they can do a scan?

Have you had any bleeding that could have been a miscarriage?

I haven't had any bleeding but I had really painful breasts before and it's completely gone now.
He said to retest on Monday and go to epu if it turns out to be positive

I'm still really veiny though if that makes sense, I got loads of viens that aren't usually there after the first two weeks!

Did they not monitor your blood levels? If they are worrying its ectopic they can get a clearer odea from blood tests and hcg levels.

I take it you have had a pregnancy test that’s come back a clear positive?

It was very clear , definite positive

Just done this one and I don't know if it's Evap or positive it's definitely got colouration..

I’m so sorry you are going through this. If you have to take it apart to see anything then it’s negative test.

I took it apart because I couldn't tell if it was pos or not..
I've never had a evap with first response but I also know that the lines should be dark so.. I've got to stop doing this to myself now

Which brand of test did you get a positive with? Was it just once you tested?

Maybe test in a few days and see whether there’s a line. Being stuck in limbo just now must be awful.
