Sinus and sickness help!!

I'm nearly 13 weeks and things seem to be getting worse.
I have constant pressure over my eyes, stuffy nose and post nasal drip. Paracetamol not touching it. I've had sinusitis before but the only antibiotic I can have is totally contraindicated in pregnancy so I'm at my wits end. Any tips at all from anyone? I'm desperate! My face is burning.
ALSO the sickness is the worst it's ever been and people keep telling me it will get better around now but there is absolutely nothing I can eat that my stomach will tolerate apart from frozen Yorkshire puddings- so nutritious 😂😂😂. What can I do to get some decent nutrition in me that might stay? I'm managing to take pregnancy vitamins so hopefully the baby will be getting something it needs!

I had a sinus infection a few weeks ago and was admitted over night for it- never want one again.

I would phone your doctor as since your still early on they won't bring you in unless your in agony - but if it does get worse then phone 111.

Try a cold or warm compress across nose and back of neck.

You need to see a doctor I had constant sinusitis and tonsillitis through the first 20 weeks of pregnancy. I was admitted to hospital three times. Took antibiotic, paracetamol and codeine all prescribed by the hospital after checking with the maternity ward. It's bloody awful and really put me off being pregnant ever again! However after 20 weeks it's was much better xxxx

You have all my sympathies... sickness and nausea is just the worse. Makes you so exhausted. If it's any relief then I ate absolutely nothing of any nutritional value for the first 20 weeks due to severe vomiting and nausea, the consultant I saw said that as long as you take your pregnancy vitamins then just eat whatever you feel you can.

I'm 33 weeks now and it is a million times easier than the first trimester!

Thank you all.
I have a Drs appointment on Tuesday so fingers crossed they can think of something that can help. I'm a high risk pregnancy because of auto immune conditions so it's all a bit tricky. Thanks for your reassurances.

I’m just recovering from sinusitis and my GP suggested Aspirin is a more effective pain killer for it and it worked a lot better than the co-codamol I was using for it.
