Constant need to wee but no UTI?

I'm 22 weeks tomorrow and went to the doctor this afternoon and had a urine sample taken as I keep needing to go. And pressure too. Feel like I'm bursting and when I go, just a little. Then after I've finished weeing, always feels like a little bit more needs to come out so I squeeze it out.
GP dipped it and said a trace of white blood cell but not enough to give me antibiotics 😕 so that was odd. Not sure what I'm supposed to do now!
I think I might have thrush too.
Apparently the white blood cell count can be higher in pregnancy anyway (so she said). She's given me canestan for thrush and that's all so far.

My baby is sitting very low in my pelvis and when he jumps/moves/kicks I can feel it on my bladder and uretha and it's really, really uncomfortable.

I used to walk to the bathroom from my desk ( about 100 metres) and by the time I was back I needed to go again. Think I was prob further on than you though.

OP you are suppose to do nothing.

It's normal to want to pee and actually pee loads when a baby is kicking your bladder. I started early like you.

And it's normal that your white cell count does go up in pregnancy. The obstetrician treating me made that comment about my cell count early on though I knew that anyway.

I had this in pregnancy - sadly a contact urge to wee is normal. I sympathise, it’s horrible, but given you’ve been checked for infection it’s nothing to worry about.

*constant not contact!

Have you been examined for blades prolapse? Not uncommon in pregnancy.

i’m 26 weeks and this has been happening to me, i also went to the GP’s and she found nothing but sent my urine sample off anyway to be tested, have you had yours sent off?

in the end i realised mine was much worse on the days i was in work, so not able to drink as much because i’m busy so i was getting irritation from not drinking enough. drink far more water than you think you need, i’m literally chugging water all day but it’s stopped the horrible feeling of needing to go all the time but only a tiny bit coming out.
