Early pregnancy scan, sac but no yolk

I had an early pregnancy scan today as I'm pregnant after a miscarriage in early May, its difficult to know how far along I am (possibly 6 weeks?)as I had no period in between. So I had a scan today and they could see the sac but no yolk, nurse said I could just be too early for them to see anything as the sac is where it should be etc.

She also said there is also a bleed around the sac but that some times this could be reabsorbed so they will keep an eye on it and also there's an area of random fluid which they want to keep an eye one. I went for bloods to check my hcg levels and go back for more bloods in 48 hours and possibly another scan next week.

Anyone else had something similar and a positive out come? It's just a waiting game I guess. I'm just reading on everyone else's experience to get me through.

I had a scan when I was 6 weeks and they could only see a sac, 2 days later there was a yolk sac no heartbeat, another 2 days after that a healthy heart beat, 6 years on there’s a noisy thing that loves spaghetti bolognaise dancing around me at the moment. This wasn’t following a loss but I do know how anxious you’re probably feeling right now (got a bfp today after Mc in April), there is a chance that your pregnancy will develop. Seeing anything on a scan is so hit and miss during early pregnancy especially if you’re unsure of your dates.
