Help! I'm so confused

So I've got all of the following symptoms:
Nausea
Bloating
Heartburn
Frequent urination
Dizziness
Dry mouth
Light cramping

Sore nipples
Super tired

I never get any of these symptoms with my period, one of the lucky ones :)

Went to the doctor's and got a BFN. So what's going on?

Try taking a First Response Early Response year. They’re more sensitive than the ones the doctors use.

How late is your period?

Year = test obviously

It was due on the 9th but I can be up to a week late. Ok I'll have to try that thank you.
