Can someone tell me what my notes say? Last sentence especially!

I think it says;

Tci (to come in) if reduced fetal movements, would need to be offered iol (induction of labour???)

Agree with meow as it fits with the rest of the notes.

It says dopper scan normal (looks at blood flow to baby)
Growth (of baby) previously normal
Seen yesterday with reduced fetal movements and CTG (trace of baby's heart rate) was normal and criteria met at 10 mins.
Discussed induction of labour for recurrent reduced fetal movements. Patient would accept induction if further concerns with fetal movements.
Plan - Ultrasound scan in 1 week
Sweep with ?CMW (community midwife)
Then as PP said to come in if reduced fetal movements and the you would be offered induction of labour.

Does this fit with what you were told verbally?
I would also add that you should go in if there's any change in pattern of movements, including erratic movements. There's lots of good advice on this sort of thing on this website www.kickscount.org.uk/

Thanks everyone yes, it does fit with what I was told- had 7 episodes of reduced movements, so would accept induction with so many episodes!
