Prickle heat rash inner thighs by vagina!

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and suffering awfully down there with heat rash as I'm constantly sweating in this heat! Any one no any remedies that could get rid of the rash?? Xx

Clomatrizole cream. It’s about £2 in chemists.
Don’t be put off if it says it’s for thrush treatment, it works brilliantly on the problem you described. And It’s safe to use in pregnancy, it was recommended to me by the midwife at an antenatal appt when I had similar.

If you’re talking thighs then get on amazon and order some snake brand prickly heat powder. Literally eradicates it. I’m aware you’re not supposed to powder your lady garden these days, but thighs with pants on I’m presuming okay? I can’t rate snake powder highly enough. Lavender one is lovely.

I used caldescene powder. I think I had a lot of discharge ( sorry tmi) as well as sweat. I wore panty liners sprinkled with caldescene powder.
