cs and healing: how to use of arnica, tea tree, lavender, etc....!

Hiya

Having a section in 2 days and wanting to quickly refresh my memory as to how I'm supposed to use all these fab homeopathic items I've got. Can someone please remind me what to do? Don't want to make mistake of applying tea tree oil directly to the wound etc etc... [ouch emoticon]

Definitely don't apply arnica cream to an open wound. I did and it got infected. Tea tree and lavender oil I would just add a few drops to a bath. Too strong to apply directly to skin...

Take Arnica tablets (from boots or somewhere). Tea tree in bath as Mumpbump said.

you need to get arnica from healthfood shop and ask them what strength to get (tablets) - boots is quite weak
