Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Normal.

I haven’t been pregnant before but I am 5 weeks now and experiencing cramps. I believe it is normal and different for everyone.

You can take a paracetamol if you need it. Try not to take any other painkillers without consulting a doctor first.

Completely normal. There’s a lot of stretching going on!

Try not to worry too much- cramps and stretching are normal at this stage. If you pass blood or are in a lot of pain contact your midwife but otherwise I'd say just try to relax if possible. The wait for the 12 week scan is so hard but till get there 😊
