Am I going to miscarry?

Hi so I’ve just found out I’m around 4-5 wks pregnant which I was so happy about, well this morning when I went the toilet I noticed some pinkish blood on the tissue (look at pic), I’m wondering if this means I’m on my way to losing this one too following two previous miscarriages 1 in Oct then another in December too, the December on I spot bled a few weeks before I actually lost it, so scared that this will happen again, I haven’t seen anymore blood since 10 This morning so I have my fingers crossed! I would say as it’s brown blood and has stopped then don’t panic :-) bleeding can be normal in pregnancy and until you have other symptoms or signs you should just take it as normal and try not to stress. I know this is easier said than done !

If the bleeding has stopped then all should be good. You won't know unless anything else happens but I was bleeding at 4/5 weeks as well, I actually thought it was just my normal period as I wasn't expecting to be pregnant, also bled the next month a tiny amount and I took a test the month after as I missed a period and then found out I was already 3 months pregnant. Bleeding can be normal in pregnancy. It may have just been old implantation blood coming out? It looks brown to me, so it isnt fresh blood. I think you will be fine.
