Pregnancy with toddler and full time job

I’ve finally remembered how I survived being pregnant the first time around. I simply slept for 12+ hrs a night.

Any tips on how to get through pregnancy with a toddler and a high stress full time job? Husband is already taking near 100% of the household load and yet I’m still constantly shattered to the point of not being able to move or think.

Practical tips welcome.

Honestly I don’t know. I’m utterly shattered, toddler, demanding job and have had severe HG to the point of being hospitalised. I’m now down to just 3-4 massive vomiting sessions a day but now my pelvis is in bits.

I’m broken. It sucks, and I dont think there’s a way out that’s easy. I had to be signed off for the HG for eight weeks - that did help. Now just into the third trimester and struggling horribly. I’m off to bed in a bit. Flowers
