BPD/FL ratio and ultrasound

Hello lovely people

I really want your help on this.
I am a FTM, and am expecting my baby in Aug-really excited

I had my first and second trimester ultrasounds and although the sonographer was not empathetic/communicative, she confirmed in the end that both times everything looks fine.

As I got a bit worried and anxious as my next scan is scheduled at week 34. Therefore, I went for a private 4d scan on week 27+1day. The sonographer told me not to worry but I cannot help it at BPD/FL ratio comes at the very low end of the spectrum.

My measures are as follows:
BPD: 66mm-below average
HC:243mm
AC: 220mm
FL: 52mm-above average
HC/AC: 1.1
BPD/FL: 1.27- this is the ratio I am worried
Baby weight: 1kg

Please, please can you help me understand BPD/FL ratio –I am sure if there was a problem they would have let me know but I am truly worried that there may be a problem with my bbg.

Thank you so much all advise appreciated

I thought it was usually a high BPD:femur length ratio that could be indicative of a potential problem, not a low one?
If they’d had any concerns they would have told you.
Incidentally is your 34 week scan an NHS one? I only had scans at 12 weeks and 20 weeks.

Yes NHS one-Hospital I am registered with as per standard procedure does have one on 34 weeks.

Thanks for the response-was not aware that indication of problem is high ratio and not a low one as per mine-I just want her to be healthy

TBH the sonographer was not helpful in terms of reading the measures and midwife told me not to worry but I cannot help it.

Thanks again xx
